UAWG是一個由個人電腦廠商、網路設備製造商與電信公司所組成的一個聯盟，其目的在於加速高速網際網路的大量普及，目前這個組織制定了許多ADSL規格。

參加的廠商有Compaq、Intel 、Microsoft 、Ameritech、Bell、Atlantic、BellSouth、GTE、SBC Communications、Sprint、U S WEST、3Com Corporation、Alcatel、Analog Devices、Ariel Corporation、Aware、Bell Canada、Cirrus Logic、Cisco Systems、Copper Mountain Networks、Covad Communications、DSC Communications、Ericsson Telecom AB、Globespan Semiconductor、Lucent　Technologies、MCI、Netspeed、Inc. Nortel (Northern Telecom)、Orckit Communications、PairGain Technologies、Paradyne、Rockwell Semiconductor Systems、Siemens、Texas Instruments、Tut Systems、 Inc. Westell Technologies。
